You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SpeedyTutors LLC, 1330 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 23A, New York, NY 10019, Email: refunds@speedytutors.org) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
The withdrawal period begins on the day of contract conclusion. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the provision of services if we have fully provided the service and have only started performing the service after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
This means: If you expressly agree that we begin work on your document before the withdrawal period expires, and we complete and deliver the edited work, your right of withdrawal expires.
